Bought six of these. They are sturdy, easy to assemble, and have a great appearance. I was quoted $4000.00+ for the same type of bookshelves. Home Depot saved me money. Thank you. Any one looking for this type of bookshelf should check out these before you buy from anyone else.

Solid unit

These book shelves are nicer than I thought they would be for the price. They are substantial and nicely finished. What I don't love is the number of unnecessary holes in the panels. yes - some of them are for adjusting the shelves, but others are superfluous. But the unit is solid and looks nice when styled.

[Rewarded Review] Elegant and sturdy bookshelf with tons of space

This is much nicer than your average white bookshelf! It is very heavy even to carry with two people, and sits like a rock wherever you put it. We use it in the breakfast nook next to another white cabinet to store kids crafts materials. It has tons of space with its 6 shelves and 78 inch height. The engineered wood material is new to me, and I can tell it is much higher quality than regular MDF material. The white paint also seems to be a high quality thick finish that you usually see on kitchen cabinets. It was easy to install and I was able to put it together myself in about an hour. I used the anchors it came with to stabilize it onto a stud in the wall. Overall, a great looking and sturdy bookshelf that you can use in many spaces.

[Rewarded Review] Heavy

Came in super heavy duty packaging. Very impressed with the weight of it... took tall grown man to slide it around & was hard to pick up and move. Definately solid wood. The color is great and goes with other white furniture that we have. We have this brand in another smaller night stand piece of furniture & it is top notch heavy duty. The price seems OK.

The product shipped quickly and was package to ensure no damage occurred. I had my 16 year old son put it together and he struggled to follow the directions and took longer than anticipated. Once built it seem a little bit wobbly. We had to go back and tighten all of it to get it to be sturdy. The bookshelf is made with good material and looks nice. Just make sure everything is tighten so you don't have to spend twice the work to make it sturdy. [Rewarded Review] Straightforward assembly, lots of storage

This bookcase comes needing to be assembled. The directions suggest two people but I was able to assemble on my own without too much trouble in less than 2 hours. The directions were pretty clear. There were a couple places I had to spend some time really examining the drawings to make sure I was proceeding correctly but only had a few times when I had to backtrack and remove a screw or two to adjust. It's pretty sturdy and I really like how the shelves affix to the bookcase while still being adjustable if you decide to change heights. Given how tall and heavy it is I will definitely be following the instructions to anchor it to the wall. All in all a good, basic bookcase with a lot of storage.

[Rewarded Review] Well made

This Tvilum Madrid 6 shelf bookcase is 78 inches tall and comes in white. The material is very nice, I actually noticed that it is of high-quality engineered wood. It took one person just under an hour to put it together and that was with manual tools and taking one's time. It comes with all hardware to assemble and has a nice thick board back to it that you nail on at the end of assembly. There are holes so you can manage the height on 4 of the 6 shelves. It also comes with earthquake attachments for your wall.

Adorable Bookcase

This Porch & Den Bookcase is just what we needed for the space. As you can tell with the picture it is very versatile - We can display our items and there is extra room for our two kids under 3 items. It is very nice and was pretty easy to put together. I needed an extra person to help me lift it off the floor but I was able to put most of it together myself. The color is nice. Just want to mention I found it strange that it didn't say to add nails for the back panel in the middle to attach the middle shelf. I did it anyway.
