Not hard to assemble; but directions were not very useful. Product differed from picture in directions. No directions on how to use labels that came with them.
These are the only economical ones available but they are nkt sturdy. fall off very soon. i wud not buy these again.

Product has a good shape, but is a tad flimsier than I was expecting. Works well for thin comics/magazines. Price was great for 8 of them.

Visible Imperfections
I admit that I bought these because of the price. I wanted a neutral color for the library. The boxes came with the plastic intact, but the boxes themselves looked like salvage items. There were obvious scratches, and imperfections that spoiled the black exterior. On the good side, they were easy to assemble. I will keep them only because returns are a hassle. (I wonder if the manufacturer counted on this. ) Anyhoo...buyer beware!

More cost effective than plastic alternatives. Perfect for storage of woodworking magazines that I subscribe to and refer back to often.
