Poor quality

Less than 6 months and the edges are frayed, and the rug has pilled. So many snags in a house with no pets and very little traffic. Super disappointed.

Great rug!

Love this rug!! It is a nice thick rug. The colors are warm and a nice neutral. I have it under my dining room table so I didn’t use a rug pad. It unrolled nicely and the corners quickly laid down flat.

Nice Rug, but….

The rug arrived with holes in the package. Upon unloading and inspecting it, there are holes on the backing of the rug. With the price of the rug being over $1,000.00, I would expect it to be perfect.

I hesitated buying a wool rug, however this one did not disappoint! Beautiful look at texture.

Beautiful, but terrible smell of mildew

The rug is absolutely gorgeous but has an absolutely horrid smell of mildew. I’ve tried two boxes of baking soda to lift it without success. The company has offered to pick it up and replace, but no concrete timeline. Disappointing for an expensive purchase.
