Beautiful rug. Soft and plush, soft grays. Perfect for the Hal outside of our bedroom where our dog waits for us in the morning. We dont hear her anymore either.

Binding is flawed. Service poor

Have used as foyer rug for two months. Empty nester home, so not used roughly. Loops around the binding are coming up. Bought the runner also, it is holding up. Just got canned response from rugs direct. Disappointed in rug and their service.

It’s a beautiful rug. Very neutral in color. Will go well with a lot of different colors. I like it for my big open great room. It’s not too soft but still good for lots of foot traffic.

I still have not received my rug and have emailed and called your customer service several times with no resolution.

Love this rug! Really great quality and feels nice to walk on. The Ashby silver is exactly the color gray I’ve been looking for. I also bought the Wayfair rug pad which makes it even better. Highly recommend!
