Good rug, careful on color

Rug quality is great. Not top of the line, Color is a little less vibrant than the photo. Seems more blue, less orange. We have orange terra-cotta tile and I thought it would work well. In the end, we moved it under a table and still love it. I did not want to return it.

Gave my dog asthma

A couple of months after I bought this rug, my dog developed what my husband and I assumed was kennel cough. Because it persisted, we took him to the vet and x-rays revealed inflammation in his lungs that the vet said was unusual in a dog so young (3-years old). My husband thought the fire retardants in the rug were causing this inflammation and coughing. This rug is made in accordance with the Oeko-tex Standard 100, which is advertised as a very stringent Swiss environmental/safety standard for textiles. This a big reason we bought it. But it turns out Standard 100 is actually three different standards that vary quite a lot. The standard that covers rugs is the least restrictive and allows for at least 50 different flame retardant chemicals. The idea seems to be that rugs are on the floor and far from our eyes, nose and mouth, so it's OK to put substances that are known to cause cancer and other ailments down there on the floor, and its OK to slap a fancy safety standard like Oeko-Tex 100 on there too. But if your baby or dog is down on that rug, maybe lying and sleeping on it with their nose an inch away, you might be concerned. In addition to the coughing, we were tipped off about this rug's dubious safety profile by the fact that we could smell the rug on our dog after he'd been lying on it. We recently replaced the rug with a 100% wool rug that does not contain chemical fire retardants and our dog's cough disappeared. Rubbish product. I am contacting Target about a refund, I'll let you know how it goes.

This was the perfect rug for pulling our dining room together. The colors were exactly as depicted in the images. The only issues is that the stitching is not complete at the edges. You only notice it if you point it out to someone. I ordered the matching runner and 3 x 5 rug for the kitchen.

Gorgeous colors, great quality

This is the most beautiful rug, my absolute favorite of all I've ever bought. The colors are just gorgeous. The edges are straight and the coloration is even throughout. This rug flattened out nicely, and I didn't experience problems with wrinkles as I did with some others I've purchased. The colors shown in the pictures are exactly what I received.

We bought this carpet to help our sons' room transition into a guest room. It looks great and it is very plush under the feet! I would say the colors tend to look more light teal than the yellow in the photo, which could be because it is a north bedroom. We are very pleased.

Love this rug. I am pleased with the fast delivery. The description is a bit misleading calling it navy and red. It appears to me that there is very little navy but more of the mid tone blue which makes me happy.

Oh, so soft!

I bought this rug first, for the color and pattern and price but also based on the reviews. I'm so glad that I did. This rug is beautiful AND soft, almost a silky feel. I've only had it a couple of weeks so I can't speak to it's longevity but all I can say now is I love it!

Excellent Purchase

I am so happy with this rug. It looks exactly, if not better, than it does in the photo. It's very soft and the colors are nice!

color was way off

I want to start by saying this rug is well made and would have been perfect for the space I needed it for except for the color. In the photos it look muted and gray but when I unrolled it, it was almost a turquoise blue, royal blue and a cherry pink red. Overstock could not have been nicer about returning it. I'll continue to buy my rugs from them.
