The bench is just beautiful! Great quality! It came with a small piece broken on the side (I believe it broken during shipping), but I love it anyway! The shipment was fast and it looks so beautiful in my living room! I recommend it.

Perfect wooden bench

This is the perfect wooden bench for my mud room. I was afraid it was going to be too small but the size was just right. Beautifully made.

Accent bench

I love this bench! Perfect size as an accent piece- can fit a basket underneath, a plant on top and my cat loves it.

This is a Great Deal and a Super Product

I have purchased and received 6 of these Farmhouse Benches for my Philodendron plants, all but 1 of which arrived in great condition. The 1 exception was a manufacturer defect, which BB&B has rectified in short order. I am impressed by the overall quality and sturdiness of these handmade benches, and BB&B prices. Highly recommend these.

Rustic Farmhouse bench

This is the perfect bench for our entryway. Easy and quick to assemble. Heavy and solid enough so the kids can't tip it over when they climb on it.

the bench came broken in some places and I refuse to pay for shipping on a broken item. So now I am stuck with an item that will always remind me of the return policy. Never shopping in Overstock AGAIN!!!!!

Beautiful But Know This...

My first bench came damaged with several deep cracks in the legs that made me question if it was safe for an average adult to sit on it. That bench would have received a 2 star rating. Overstock was great and quickly sent me a replacement. The replacement only had one minor crack in one of the legs that shouldn't be an issue at all. I think the maker of the bench could prevent cracks in the legs by doing 2 things: First, they should consider pre-drilling pilot holes before screwing pieces together. It's pretty obvious this wasn't done, at least not with the 2 benches I received. Second, they should consider improving how the item is packaged when shipped by using a sturdy box and thoroughly protecting the legs. My first bench arrived in a large, flimsy box with little to no packaging or support around the legs, but at least the seat was protected with bubble wrap. The replacement was sent in a similar box, but there was a lot more bubble wrap that probably helped prevent damage to the legs during shipping. I ordered another bench from a different brand on Overstock and it arrived in a sturdy, solid box with appropriate support and protection to easily survive the shipping journey without any damage. I was impressed by the time and attention to detail when it came to packing the bench so it would arrive in beautiful condition. I can't say the same about the bench I'm reviewing, unfortunately. But hopefully they'll learn something and improve on this? Despite some bumps in the road, it's a beautiful, simple, farmhouse style mahogany bench. It's nice and heavy, and the wood grain and tones are beautiful! I'm looking forward to having it for a long time and don't regret my purchase at all.

I received this bench fully put together in a very large box, the mahogany look matched perfectly with my table and chairs!!! It is however a little wobbly

Not impressed with the bench, I would not recommend it. I requested to return it and would have happily made another purchase to replace it, however, customer service was very difficult and would not return as I just missed the return window.There are much better sites to shop on with better customer service.

Rustic Bench

I wanted a spa feel in my primary bathroom. It not only looks good but feels very sturdy and liked the fact that there was no assembly required. Would definitely recommend this item.
