Very disappointed!

The so- called fireplace is for looks only!

Worth it!

I've had this unit for almost three months and I'm very happy with it not only with it's function, look, but the discounted price. I've used all the features of the fireplace setting and not one issue. I love that you not only can set the temperature desired for the room but also has a timer for auto shut off. The flames are realistic and it's a powerful little heater. The directions are easy to follow with all the parts clearly labeled but be patience as it will take you a couple of hours if not more to assemble.

Warm and Pleasing

I got this for Mom to keep her warm and toasty on cold MI nights. She loves it. It's so pretty and the flames are quite realistic and give a comfy glow. It heats the room up quickly. Assembly wasn't too difficult, about 2 hours total. We're very glad we purchased this fireplace.

Missing parts— unacceptable

I like the look of it but the finish is not up to par......also the fireplace insert was not shipped with the unit and is still not here. I am in the process of trying to get the fireplace shipped to me to complete the order. Very disappointed. l have called the manufacturer to request some new parts to this unit but have not received a call back. I could use your help

Electric fireplace.

The stickers to go over the screws or bolt holes do not match the beautiful wood. It looks fine without the stickers. It is a beautiful piece, heats well, and enjoyable fire options. Perfect for our living room.

I would buy this again

We put this fireplace in our master bedroom in the corner to hold our tv and it matches our cherry wood bedroom suite and it is beautiful!

Had trouble ordering this fireplace from the site. Ended up ordering 2. Tried canceling both. Couldn't reach anyone in the customer service department to cancel items. Customer service contacted me. I explained the situation and was told no problem, they would be canceled. Two days later, I received 1. It's very beautiful. As close to a wood burning fireplace as possible. The wood is such a good quality. I'm happy with it. Customer service needs improvement

Excellent Product

This electric heater exceeded our expectations. Flame and logs have separate brightness levels. There is a light to make the fire brighter. It has flickering flames- realistic. It is sturdy with solid wood. The side light cabinets have multiple shelf settings. It fit in the corner perfectly and meshed well with our tv. The heater worked well with a quiet sound.

Hard to put together but beautiful. Opt for the service if you can afford.

Great Looking Electric Fireplace

Easy to assemble, works and looks great! In advertisement, it stated it would heat 1000 sq ft but when arrived it have a label on it that said it heated 400 sq ft. If I knew that, I would not have bought it.

Great product

Well Built. Beautiful piece of furniture.

Very pleased

We are very pleased with the fireplace, after carefully reviewing all kinds of makes and models. We are glad we chose the infrared. The fan is not noisy at all. The remote works nicely without having to open up any doors, as is the case with other fireplaces. We like being able to adjust all of the settings, based on our mood and situation. It was fun putting it together. It does have just one panel which is cardboard-like, but the rest of the construction is good quality. We had fun putting it together in under 2 hours. The directions were very clear except for how to orient the hinges on the glass doors. The two boxes arrived VERY beat up by the postal service, so that I felt compelled to take photos of all of the damaged areas before opening it up. However, it had been well packaged by the company and only had two minor scratches into the wood, so we let it go. We would buy this again. The cherry finish is a dark cherry, FYI.

Nice piece of Furniture

This is a nice piece good size for us. Only 3 stars because of the Horrible instructions and phone assistance that came with it😕 calling the "help" line was a joke. The Technician had such a sitrong accent I could not understand him and when I would ask him to repeat he talked to me like I was an idiot. I finally told him never mind We would figure it out ourselves or return it.

Awesome solid cabinet and electric fireplace

Solid piece of furniture with real wood. There are a lot of pieces to assemble, but it's pretty straight forward and there is extra help available at the manufacture website if needed. We've seen other similar-style units advertised at half the price, but those were made with cheap MDF (fiber board) and seemed to have quality issues, whereas this one is made of solid wood and well constructed. It was shipped very well packed in 2 heavy boxes. The electric fireplace is a nice effect, and includes a remote too. It would've been nice if the fireplace made a crackling fire sound, but otherwise a great piece of furniture.
