The product came very fast. I love the way it look assembled in my mud room. I had trouble assembling the shoes compartment. Holes were not where they should be so I hopping that it will not fall apart in the future. The instructions were horrible.

Disappointed with Bench

Bench was not wood as advertised. It was pressed cardboard with wood grain finish. Cheaply made with terrible instructions. Holes were not completely drilled and no pre drills for the screws.

It is made with cheap quality fake wood boards. Do not buy it.

Poor Assembly

This shoe organizer was poorly designed and the instructions weren't helpful. The back piece of the shoe organizer was too big in width and had caused the sides to detach from the rest of the structure. They provided dowels to connect the pieces together which was miserable. I had to use wood glue to keep the pieces intact.

It was very easy to put together because the cutting was so precise and the hardware was well thought-out. It is standing up well to daily use, including holding the weight of some tubby adults who sit on it to put shoes on and off. Recommend it!

Hard to put together

I rarely ever give such a low rating but outting this together is ridiculous. Hard to follow instructions, some of locking things do not go in all the way and the wood pegs are too skinny and short. We had to go buy different ones. I hope it is sturdier than it appears now. This is session 4 trying to get it done. And we put together ikea furniture all the time

Looks great, does the job, hard to assemble

The bench looks just like the photos, and is wonderfully sturdy. Plenty of room for a pair of shoes or booties in each cubby - but don't expect to stand up a pair of boots. The storage space on top isn't deep, but fine for scarves or knit hats and such. Assembly is definitely a two person process and not always easy to tell what the instructions are trying to tell you. I'd call it above average in difficulty and Hubby and I have been putting together furniture for 30+ years now. The pieces are also not light weight, so plan on that when it gets delivered. I got two. Took about 2 hours each to assemble and we were sore the next day, but glad we've got them.

Very cheap. Arrived with scratches on bottom piece and left side hole drilled improperly to assemble correctly with screw pieces. Still waiting for corrected parts to be sent.

This beauty serves as the perfect storage for our shoes when we come in not to mention the cushion it comfortable and it makes it so easy to take your shoes off at the door ..

You Get What You Pay For!

Reasonably price and reasonably okay! The material quality is not that great! During assembly , which by the way took three hours, a piece of wood chip off..Cushion looks like cheap vinyl. But I like the size. Just what I needed.

This is good for what it is. The hinge comes loose fairly frequently, but the shoe storage area has a lot of depth and stores several pairs at once.
