Missing parts poor customer service

Missing parts and called the 800 number no live person to talk to left a message and after 4 days still no call back for missing piece.

My young cleaning woman put the two book shelves together in record time, and I already have them full of books and DVDs, magazines, and coloring books printed outlined pictures to color as well as the colored pencils with which I use to color those books and B/W pictures. All-in-all, They're working well for me.
