I was trying to match the style of Carrara that came on our new vanity top, which did not come with a backsplash. The online picture implied it should. It was more expensive than another option, because it was 1 x 4ft long. The other, less expensive option came in 2 x 2ft pieces.

it arrived damaged both times ordered same product from a different online vendor and it arrived in good condition

Ordered 2 so far… both broke. Didn’t open the first one right away, my fault. They gave us . 15 dollars back. When we reordered they upped the price by 20 dollars. Got it and it was broke again.. opened it right away this time. They said they would get back to us by a certain date…. It’s past the date and we are Still waiting… shipping is BAD!!!

Carrerra marble backsplash matched my vanity top perfectly!

After searching for many weeks, this is the only backsplash that is most compatible for the Elizabeth Collection vanity by Water Creation. For a Carrara White Marble, this backsplash has a little bit of a greyish tone, which matches nicely for this particular vanity. Excellent packaging as I did not have to worry about the backsplash getting damaged in transit.

The product showed up broken, and a couple days past the expected date. Still waiting to hear about a replacement being sent

We have received a replacement backsplash due to the original one received was broken in at least 4 places. The replacement backsplash was also broken. It has been 6 days since the delivery and return/replacement request on the second shipment and we have not received a response from Houzz concerning if or when we will receive a third backsplash.

Unfortunately this product was delivered 3 times, broken every time. There is not clear enough markings on the packaging to indicate that this is very breakable. After the 3rd time I gave up and asked for a refund. It was very disappointing because it was a perfect match to my vanity. On a positive note I can say the customer service through Houzz was excellent and easy to work with.
