Nice Drying Rack

Was a little awkward to use, but being a novice it could well be user error. I found it hard to hang the sheets on the racks once I had a few sheets on it, but in all it is a good quality rack and I am sure practice will make perfect

So easy to use with the applicator; makes it go so much fast

So once I found out how easy this is to use with the pasta machine I had to have it. So fast and beats laying them out on towels, which is what I used to do.

An excellent pasta rack. I love the pasta wand that is conveniently stored into the middle of the rack as well

Does exactly what you want without taking up too much space. I found it easy to clean, store and use so was worth paying that little bit extra for (Marcato products do seem to deserve their premium).

Works very well, very useful sharp edged wand in the centre. If you're making pasta not sure how you'd do it without one. Not especially cheap, although Peter's price was the best I could find, so happy enough

Must have for home pasta makers

This is an almost perfect pasta rack. It is not the most compact pasta drying rack for storage purposes, but its usefulness makes up for its bulkiness. I owned a wooden rack previously that was difficult to load. This pasta drying rack is extremely easy to load freshly made pasta with the included pasta wand.

Well made pasta rack.

Loads of room to spread pasta with the useful central wand for easy placement. The bottom racks are a bit low but this can be accommodated by standing the rack on something to raise the height. For me it hasn’t been an issue because it holds so much pasta I haven’t needed to use all the arms.

Best Pasta Dryer in the world

Just bought this pasta dryer. Made in Italy. It is simply the best. No need to look elsewhere. If you need a pasta dryer then the Tacapasta is the only one I would buy.

I bought this for my mother. She has never made her own pasta before. She reported back that the machine was easy to use. She was able to make the dough and form the pasta in roughly 30 minutes her first time and felt like it would be even quicker once she got used to everything. The machine itself is very attractive and looks nice left out on their countertop. She also felt like it was nicely built and seemed high quality - she feels it will last a long time. She (and my dad) are quite happy!

Great machine, assuming you know how to make good dough. It'll last a lifetime if you take care of it, and it looks great. I also use it for Chinese noodles.

great pasta tool

I bought this one instead of the KitchenAid as it is cheaper and uses the same materials. So far so good. The racks are tall enough to hang all pasta dry and easy to clean. It is also compact to put in storage, too.

Excellent product and design. It beats using the back of chairs, brooms and pots. Use it everytime I make fresh pasta which much more frequently now. Essential for any pasta lover.

Great little gadget!

I've started making my own pasta. It is delicious and 100% on the dried purchased pasta. I was using my indoor clothes line until I saw this drying rack. It holds so much (a 5 egg/500gram mix) and folds up so neatly for flat storage. I love it!
