The bench looks exactly as pictured. The quality is very nice with a significant weight to it, but the bench cushion is quit firm. I would have rated this a fifth star but the item has a very strong chemical smell. I expect it will diminish over time but after 5 days it is still quite strong. The shipping was quick and professional. Overall a very good experience.
