Wouldn't buy from Wholesale Marine again!

box arrived with missing parts. Had to go spend nearly $100 on materials to finish. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE to get any type of resolution.

Using the steps on other dock than Patriot.It matches the looks of my dock and is very sturdy.Som what tricky to attach to the dock frame but overall a good choice.

Arrived on time missing one upper handrail bracket. I called customer service at Patriot on a Friday and they shipped it out that day. Received the next Wednesday!

Good aluminum stairs for our lakeside home.

Very good product. It took about 2 weeks to be delivered. Weighs only 40 lbs so is easily moved by one, preferably two people. We had all the parts required, but the instructions were generic for three different models which caused some confusion. We bought the model with rails on both sides which is safer for young and old alike. Overall a good product and

The steps and frame are

The steps and frame are solidly built. However, almost all of the drilled holes are out of alignment. Took a significant amount of work to assemble diento this issue. Once put together, the steps work quite well. Would have also been nice if end caps for the tubes had been included.

Don't buy this product

Poor quality, did not fit, welds are 2 inches off, very hard to read instructions. Needs to be replaced or shipped back for a refund. Waiting for company response to determine service level.

Patriot Docks Aluminum Dock Stairs (4 Stairs)

Great product as we have dogs and elderly family members. One challenge I had was there was one hole that was not drilled correctly but was easily fixed with my drill. Only thing I wish was offered was the ability to get a 2nd handrail.

Stairs were exactly as we expected. We knew there would be some fitting at the bottom of the stairs because of the rock at our place. The treads are narrow but the back is open and they are non-slip. The price was great. We are happy with the purchase.

Great product, features, and price.

The stairs assembled easily over a couple of hours. All parts fit properly, and there were no issues with missing parts. There were, in fact, three extra bolts, but that is never a bad thing. The instructions could have been a little more clear. There appears to be no set way to attach the stairs to a breakwall or dock, so it was necessary to fashion the necessary hardware myself. This is understandable, as each installation is sure to have its unique characteristics.

Very nice product, no instructions came with it so you might need help putting it together inexperienced. Was missing two bolts for the runners.

The stairs installed easily. My only regret was not getting a second railing as while one Is good two are needed for older people

Dock stairs

My stairs arrived as expected, with all the parts and instructions. Only problem was two holes needed re drilling because misaligned a bit and screws would not go in. Other strange thing was the hand raid only fit on one side not the other or would not be flush. Also everything needs metric tools.

Do not purchase.

Very poor quality and craftsmanship. The bolt holes don’t align during assembly (and need to be redrilled) and the small nuts and bolds holding steps almost all strip when tightening.

3 step dock to water

We got this for my 87 yr old mother. Was simple to put together and had no problems hooking it to the dock. My mother said it felt very sturdy! Shipped within 10 days of ordering. Thank you! We love it!
