Love this rug!

Beware! Three times in a row I received a different rug. The make, model, and specs of the rug that I received were not what was posted on Wayfair’s website. And, having had three of the Greyleigh Bridgeton rugs previously, know exactly what this rug should be. The last rep I spoke to from Wayfair was dismissive and told me I was wrong and that it was the same exact rug. It is not. The rug I received was a Surya Tibetan, which, although similar, is very different in color (far more grey and gradient), and texture (not nearly as soft or durable). The Surya rug Wayfair sent me isn’t even a rug that they sell. And, because I didn’t want the replacement they sent (which was again the Surya, not the Greyleigh), I had to pay $24 return shipping to get a refund. So disappointing. I’ll definitely be pulling my commercial and personal business over to other retailers.

I like it a lot. It’s very soft but the color is a bit warmer then pictured

This was not the rug I saw on the website and purchase. I am not sure if I was sent the incorrect rug or the colors just varied ALOT. I wanted a solid grey rug and the rug that I received had more white in it than gray. Very dissapointed.

Well made rug. Colors are neutral. Very comfy to walk on, lay on and sit. I would buy it again. The only one negative I have is that the photo doesn’t represent the amount of grey stripes that are prominent in the color

This rug seems dirty in the end he’s and one side. The middle is bright and clean. Need a better quality product. Will have to send back for a replacement.
