I ordered mine directly from Le Creuset.

I have four of these soup bowls that I received directly from Le Creuset and they all arrived in perfect condition. They are expensive, but absolutely wonderful. I bought them for French onion soup, but I use them for any soup or chili. They’re perfect size and I like the shape. They are made in China as are most of the brand’s ceramics. I don’t love that they made in China, but the quality is great. To my knowledge, the cast-iron pieces are still made in France and are also just wonderful. Expensive, but I treasure mine.

Refund of S & H

When I ordered the soup tureen to the customers' service, I specifically asked if it was made in England. She didn't know. I told her I would return if not. I talked to Daryl that I would return the item. He promised to refund including S&H. Only $14.31 was refunded instead of $21.26.

I love this soup bowl! I love the larger volume it holds, the way it retains heat and the decorative yet functional handles on the top.

Great cups

My favorite cups. Perfect size for the perfect latte. I purchased these to round out my set and although the bottoms are different the cups match the ones that I purchased four years ago.

This is really a nice bowl for many things. I will be using it for sauces, salad dressings, pickled beets, salsa, candy to name just a few.

NOT PROPERLY SHIPPED!

My two tureens arrived broken also. Customer Service requested the company to send me two replacements (they were dropshipped). I just received my replacement of one NOT two and it is defective - it was properly packed, though LOL. I just checked the QVC product listing and they are now out f stock on my color!

Broken Le Creuset

I buy from wherever I can find the best deal on this product line. I ordered two soup tureen and bringing in the box I can tell they are broken!
