The rug was totally different from what was pictured on Wayfair!!! The weave was very coarse, more like rope than the fine weave pictured online. The color was nowhere near near either the online picture or the "brown" listed in the description. It was so far off what was shown online that my first thought was that the wrong item was sent, and when I checked and it was what I had ordered then my next thought was "Bate and switch"! It was so far off what was pictured online that I didn't even need to open the clear plastic sleeve the rug was shipped in to know that essentially I'd been duped. So, with that being my experience is there really any doubt that I wouldn't recommend Wayfair to friends! And again with my experience is there any doubt that I will tell others of my experience and tell them not to buy from Wayfair!

Unraveled after 3 months and manufactured said it was “normal.” Beware!! After only 3 months of daily use, this rug has fallen apart. Small “sprouting” continued to grow, no matter how carefully we tried to prevent it from getting worse. We do have kids and dogs, but we’re not hard on our belongings, we don’t wear shoes in the house…nothing happened to the rug, just normal, daily use. Unfortunately, 3 months was outside of the 30 days return widow, so Wayfair customer service suggested I reach out to the manufacturer. Thinking our rug’s quality must be a fluke, I reached out to the manufacturer with these images. They denied the claim due to 1- Being outside of the 30 day warranty

I love this rug. Keep in mind the pile is high. Unlikely it will allow a door to go over it. I put mine next to a bed in the guest room. It did shed some dirt initially but seems to have stopped. It curled up at the beginning so I misted the end with water and put a heavy object on it. Within hours it laid flat perfectly. So some tweaking is involved. Lost a star for that reason.

Aesthetically, this rug is great, but practically, this rug is one of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever walked on. There is also something sharp woven into this rug that my family and I have stepped on multiple times which has punctured and caused our feet to bleed. It’s also a bit thick, so if you are planning on putting this by a door, make sure the door is at least 1 inch to 1 and 12 inches off the ground. Needless to say, not my favorite purchase so I will be returning it.

Good quality rug but did not work for me. I wanted to use it in my condo at the beach but the fibers were not close enough together so I know that sand will get under the rug. Not going to return it because it is too difficult to wrap and return.

It’s a beautiful rug but too thick and a tripping hazard for those who are older or have mobility issues. Although the specs are clear on the thickness, the description “flat weave” is miss leading. Make sure you read everything carefully before purchasing because Wayfair is not as lenient with their returns as before.

We got the 3’x5’ size for our foyer. It is surprisingly very comfortable when walking in and cleans well enough.

This was exactly what my mom wanted! The colors look just like the pictures. It sheds a bit in the beginning but I just shook it outside and it was all good!

It is thick and pretty. The color is just what I wanted.

I love this rug! I was looking for something inexpensive for our 4 seasons room and this is perfect. It does feel a little rough when walking compared to other soft rugs, but that's to be expected with Jute. I have gotten many compliments on it just in the short time we have had it.
