Great sturdy desk for my kinder/1st grader. looks great in her room. If i were to change one thing, it would be the front facing slot. Either turn it into a drawer or increase the height dimensions of the space. A normal person's forearm can't fit into it to reach inside.

Awesome Desk!

Got this for my 4 year old & he loves sitting at it to look through his books, color & work on activities. The hutch shelf is such a nice touch for holding toys & books. The cork board on the desk is a nice touch; we have pinned photos of family members to it & also use it display little man's artwork. It is wide enough that I can sit at the desk with him. Appreciate that this is a desk that he'll be able to use well into his teens; even the chair has a a good comfortable width & height for when he gets older. Very well packaged, came with clear instructions & hardware; super easy to assemble. We have other Guidecraft products & are huge fans of their quality kids' furniture & toys.

Beautiful, Spacious Desk!

Wow, is this desk & chair set spacious; this will certainly grow with our daughter through the years. Super easy & quick to assemble; I put it together by myself. The color is a beautiful, soft white. We have both bright & soft whites in the room the desk is in & it works well. Love the cork board across the front for pinning reminders, artwork & themed learning material. The shelf adds functional storage space & the openings under the desk are deep & wide for holding books, papers or other materials. There's even an opening allowing for cord management.

Great desk!

Our daughter loves her new desk! She has enough table space for writing, drawing and other activities. Lovely addition to her bedroom.

No tools or instructions!!

The desk came with no tools or instructions!!!! What a waste of money!

I got this desk for my five year old daughter. It's a little big for her but it's not too big- which is great because she will be able to use it for years to comeThe wood seems of nice quality. It is a great place for her to store her endless art supplies and an area to charge her various devices. Love the design. The cork board is a little thin though

Great desk

A bit pricy but is good quality so far! We bought this for our 4 year old and there is plenty of room for him to grow into it. I would imagine it would be a perfect size for an elementary school kid.

Perfect for my son

We got this for my son’s 6th birthday and he loves it. So much desktop space and my son loves the top shelf to display all his little trinkets and toys. Husband said the assembly was easy too! This is our second child desk from Guidecaft and we love them both. Great quality at an affordable price!

Grey desk is not grey

I didn’t put it together because as soon as I opened the box, the desk pieces looked green. Customer service was helpful but it was a hassle because I had to get the desk back in its shipping box. The parts looked to be of good quality but a frustrating experience. Grey didn’t match other greys used in this line.

This is a very good option, nice size and beautiful finish

You get what you paid for

It's OK for the given price. It's a very basic desk. For kids only since it's not tall enough for a teenager or an adult. The materials are fine, but during the assembling you can feel that you can't push the screws too much or it will get loose.

Nice desk

Bought this for my Kindergartner to use during his distant learning sessions. Very happy with the storage space and nice quality. It’s a great sized desk that he will use for several years to come!

Love it!

Perfect for our 6 year old granddaughter. Plenty of room for laptop and writting at the same time. We did add a little stool for her feet because the chair was a little too tall, but she will grow into it. One corner of the desktop was slightly damaged in shipping, but only cosmetic.
