I thought it was a soft pile but it’s just woven.

Looks nice but the material is quite rough like it should be an outdoor rug. Unfortunately, it would cost $75 to return it.

This rug looks exactly like the picture and looks great in my kitchen.

Beautiful rug whose coloration and design worked perfectly in our kitchen space. However, the measurements of the rug are incorrect. It's surprisingly difficult to find a rug with the exact measurements of 5X7 which is what we needed. Unfortunately, when the rug arrived, it did not fit, and the actual measurements are 7.5" x 4.10". After spending hours searching for this rug, I was definitely dissapointed, and will see if there is someone locally who can hem it to the correct length instead of returning it. Wayfair was super helpful in providing a discount, but I'd recommend they also update the listing to reflect correct sizing.
