I have ordered this frame twice now. The first one came broken and they were very fast to apologize and send me a refund. I ordered another one and this one has come broken too. I’m so frustrated because I really love this frame but I can’t seem to get one that shows up not damaged. I’ve ordered from Craig Frames in the past without issue so I’m not sure what’s going on. It seems to be a packaging issue. There needs to be padding or something in the box because I’m sure it leaves the warehouse in perfect condition but gets destroyed in shipping when heavy things are sat on it. I hope they’ll fix this issue because I really want to re-order this frame with confidence I’ll receive it in one piece.
