The packaging of the figures came bent and dented The figure of Count Nefaria came with his left arm removed.

Hasbro drops the ball - AGAIN!

Well, while this figure looks great and is basically comic accurate, I have to give it one star for the simple reason that he cannot hold his whip reliably. The handle is super soft plastic - like chewed bubble gum and I mean that quite literally. His gripping hand is also too small and the fingers angled at the bottom, so the weight of the whip (which, unlike in the photos, CANNOT be posed or bent into new shapes). I had to customize an entirely new whip and modify the hand. I for one am sick of having to do customizing on figures in order to fix Hasbro's failings. Either they have no QC department or they simply don't care.
