Arms break off with gentle play

My son love these but literally the day after we got them the arms broke off of punk spider, the Prowler followed the next day. The “elbow joint” on the figures is super flimsy and I’ve had to tape/glue all of the arms back on. Not worth the $50.

Very disappointed my son’s birthday is in a few days and this is what he asked us for! We get it in the mail today and one of the figures has its head missing. Now I’m gunna have an upset 6 5 old because once we return it and u guys send another one it’s not gunna be here in time for his birthday..

Too fragile to be played with!

Break easily and to replace them you have to buy a whole new set.

Missing heads

This was my son’s top requested Christmas gift. His grandmother purchased it not realizing IT WAS MISSING ALL OF THE HEADS. Needless to say, he was very upset to open this on Christmas morning.

Action figures missing heads

The first time I received the package I open it up and 2 of the action figures had no heads. my 5 year old was devastated after opening his birthday package and couldn’t stop crying.That was his birthday gift and to receive a package like that straight from the target warehouse is bad. To spend 65 dollars on this set of action figures and receive poor quality product to my house is concerning.

Grandsons Christmas gift

He hasn't played with them yet. But he loves these characters so many hours of playtime.

My son is obsessed with this new spiderman movie. He loves the characters the songs. Everything! Purchased these and I love the idea! But they are missing heads! I’d only buy these if I saw them in store with all the heads. Also way too easy to pop the couple that came with head right off.

The idea is great but it is a flawed design. Or maybe we just received a defective product. I myself found it a bit difficul to use sometimes and it would fall apart. It was even worse for my child when they tried.

Dont buy

Very poor quality for the price and they arrived with no heads on the figures. They looked like they came from the dollar store

4 are broke in less than 24 hours

My 6 year old grandson was soo excited when he saw this on the shelf and picked this out for his birthday present. He carried it around the store and didnt want to look at anything else. We did not notice that 2 of the characters in the box had arms were broken off at the elbow until we came home and were removing them from the package. I was going to return it but he said that he would use the webs as arms and cried because he didnt want me to take it back. Sadly here we are 24 hours later and he has 4 characters that the arms are broken off at the joint. This is not a cheap toy to purchase but it is a poorly made product.

Fun set, but missing head?

Spider-Man's head was missing, with Miles Morales' head attached (loosely) onto Spider-Man. Target customer support was not helpful as they just wanted to provide a $10 off coupon for me to keep the item with missing parts.
