I bought the flag to display at my front door but did not use it. I returned the flag because of the recent political issue regarding the confederate statues which then involved the negative aspect in the history of Maryland Flag and the Maryland Song.

Ordered flag to hang in son's Dorm/apartment behind his bed. Roommates hung flags from their home states as well. His flag is much better quality. Flag is going to last a lifetime. Made extremely well and would be able to withstand extreme weather if used outdoors. Sturdy and thick. Well worth the money.
