In my opinion the toilet paper holder does not work very well the holder has a spring loaded center piece and it doesn’t work freely poor quality very hard to compress to change a roll of paper I do not recommend this product

Beautiful but has cheap toilet paper holder spring.

We're quite fond of the aesthetic of this hardware set, so we'll be keeping it up. However, the toilet paper holder could use some improvement. I find myself needing to twist it when compressing, or it won't come out smoothly. Additionally, when replacing the toilet paper, I have to manually pull the rod to extend it back into place. The spring mechanism doesn't seem to serve its purpose well. Despite this inconvenience, it's still a very elegant set. The hardware itself feels sturdy and durable. I must say, the packaging is impressive too. Each anchor plate comes with screws, drywall anchors, and an Allen wrench neatly packaged. Sure, it means we end up with extra wrenches, but I don't mind having spare tools around. Since bathrobes aren't a big part of our household, we've repurposed the bathrobe holder to hang hair towels and a ribbon for hair ties.

I was genuinely impressed

I was genuinely impressed by the BWE 4-piece bath hardware set. The quality is exceptional – no lightweight aluminum here; it's very sturdy. The brushed nickel finish adds a touch of elegance to our restroom. As I've been working on various home improvements, this item was a breeze to assemble and install. With just a few more minor repairs, our DIY project will be complete. I'm thoroughly satisfied with this product.

Nice product, bad directions

While the quality of this product is impressive – sturdy with a nice shine – the instructions leave much to be desired. As someone who isn't particularly handy, I found them challenging to follow. The text is small and faded, and the pictures are overly simplistic. At one point, I almost considered hiring a professional to help. However, with some persistence, I managed to figure it out and get the towel rack assembled.

[Rewarded Review] Solid and Substantial Bathroom Hardware

The hardware was well packaged in heavy plastic sectional bags. After I picked the pieces up, I understood why - they're very heavy! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened each and inspected them closely. The finish was solid and well applied, with no light edges or thinning where there are turns or joints. It would appear that it should hold up well in a bathroom environment. Mounting hardware was included and complete, bagged separately from the pieces themselves to prevent damage to the finish, I'm sure. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that I was slightly disappointed that there was no mounting template for the hardware, especially the towel bar and toilet roll holder. Mounting these properly isn't a major job, but having a template to tape up on the wall to check hole locations and level is nice. We're very pleased with the hardware in general. It's solid, well finished, and substantial. One note - our bathroom is currently under renovation, and the toilet area isn't finished, so we were unable to include a picture of the toilet roll holder. Sorry!

[Rewarded Review] Nice bathroom upgrade

This bathroom hardware kit is a great addition to our bathroom over the builder grade ceramic ones that came with the house. The finish is nice as well as the style and wasnt to bad to install. I wish they would have included a paper template to help with placement for the mounting brackets, luckily without it i had no problem. The other issue i had was with the toilet paper holder rod isn't as solid as i would've expected, could be a one off but still functional. The towel rod is barely big enough for 2 towel but works, probably best for 1 towel. Overall I'm happy with the product and would recommend.

[Rewarded Review] Looks nice, but...

I was looking forward to installing this bath hardware set in black to match a new faucet and light fixture. What I didn't look forward to was having to modify parts, tiny set screws and older eyes. The spring loaded toilet paper rod will not spring in and out. I had to roll a piece of sandpaper and essentially remove some material from the larger of the 2 halves to get it to compress and decompress. Instructions were vague at best. For the towel rack, it would have been nice to have a dimension between the two mounts annotated in the literature, which is a postcard. Not hard to figure out, just an extra step. Also, regarding the towel rack, it was a little short for my needs at only 21 inches long.
