All items were not included in the packaging

Unfortunately all of the pieces were not in the packaging so we were not able to install all items. We found after after we started installing things.

Beautiful matte black bathroom accessories. super easy to install, however the pic of the sheetrock hardware is completely different than what was provided. there is no way i was going to put an almost half inch hole in my sheetrock for this plastic screw thing... i used my own sheetrock anchors, and it installed easily.

If you were to purchase each item separately this would close alot more plus I was impressed with the quality

The long towel bar had a couple dents in it, but other than that good value for the money.

Towel rack was partially bent, but still useable. Easy installation.

I would give the product itself a 5 star rating. They are sturdy and nice looking. However, the installation is a nightmare. There are no directions and no tools. You will need a tiny screwdriver or Allen wrench. If you don’t have this, don’t even attempt it. If you are installing, make sure the vertical slot on the metal plate is lined up with the tiny screw. The horizontal slot should be on the opposite side. If you’ve got the patience, it is a nice set of hardware which is why it’s 3-star instead of zero. Good luck!

The set was nice but every toggle which was to be used to mount the screws made huge holes in the wall and then broke when the screws were put in. My installer had to drive to the hardware store to find better quality toggles to attach them. Cost me extra....

Good but not Great

The Allen screw is a pain and will easily strip.
