The product performs excellently, and we appreciate the individual controls for various settings. Additionally, the handle shower offers multiple settings as well.

[Rewarded Review] BWE Shower System is going to be an excellent addition to our bathroom.

Here are my thoughts on the BWE 5-Jet Rainfall Shower Tower Shower Panel System I just received. This trendy, stylish shower system comes in a black stainless steel and overall is well built. I got this for my teenagers bathroom as my home came with another system in the master and they are now excited to use it. It comes with 5 jets and each of them can be individually set with varying degrees of force from on to off. The jets themselves can be easily angled by applying light pressure with your thumb. This is a nice touch. When you receive this shower system you will notice that the main panel and top waterfall part are encased in a fabric bag to keep it from scratches. All the components are well packed in Styrofoam.

[Rewarded Review] Stylish, works well but some design issues

This shower tower comes packaged well with each part in its own bag. Assembly is easy, realy, but the instructions are incomplete. The instructions are for a general model that does not require the instalation of the upper part. In this product you have to connect some hoses with clamps and secure the top to the base with the provided hardware. It takes a second to figure out how it goes but easy to assemble afterwards. It looks great on the wall and all jets plus the top potion can be on at the same time. (with loss of preasure of course)

[Rewarded Review] Was not as pictured and needed my hardware to assemble

The product was packaged well. After that it was downhill. The picture is clearly that of a different product. I was able to use some of the parts and fit it together with the help of my own hardware. I used my own 1/4 x 20 stainless screws, washers and nuts to assemble the head to the body of the shower unit. There were tiny screws without washers that would have fell through the punched out holes they should have gone in to assemble. having installed many bathroom fixtures over the years I could figure out how to assemble the unit, because the instructions were of no help at all and clearly for the unit pictured on the instructions. The instructions show a one piece different shape of similar unit although the body spray heads and handles were completely different than the unit I received. Fortunately this unit is being installed outside next to the pool so the style doesn't have to match other fixtures and this is the first fixture being put in. I have to obtain a longer internal piece of hose for the wand. See picture of kinked white hose. It was is too short and kinks the hose when assembled. If I were to hook this unit up now hardly any water would come out the wand if at all. I can buy 8' of this hose, take apart the hose that was included and replace. That should remedy the problem.

[Rewarded Review] Awesome shower tower and a great value!

This shower tower came well packaged and protected. The tower and head came in soft fabric bags to keep them protected until installation. The instructions might seem a bit confusing because they are for several different models so you need to kind of figure out what is needed for your particular unit. For example, this unit came with the shower head piece separate from the shower tower so it needed to be attached and have the water lines connected to the rainfall and waterfall features in the shower head. Instructions for this process were not in the instructions I got but it is pretty intuitive how everything goes and all the hardware I needed was included. This looks like a high end fixture and the internal components are good but not what you would see in a high end fixture. That being said, this is a great value! Once it was installed everything worked perfectly. Because the tub/shower I installed it in had a tub spout I did not use the handheld feature and plumbed that valve to the tub spout. Each water feature has its own on/off valve and there is a valve to turn the water on and set the temperature. The water pressure is great at each of the features when they are on by themselves and not bad when you have multiple features on at the same time. Note: I installed this in a fiberglass tub/shower unit after consulting with our waterproofing subcontractor and making sure the waterproofing behind the unit was working correctly, similar to having a niche in a tiled shower. Please do not just cut out the fiberglass and think that just caulking or sealant will be enough.

[Rewarded Review] Very cool, minimalistic looking shower panel

So, this comes in a large box, the main panel is in two pieces and each piece is contained within a cloth bag! A bit like purchasing a super expensive pair of Italian shoes. That was my first surprise...after removing the main panel with the water control knobs and five spray heads, I tested each valve. They have a wonderful smooth, quality action. For me, that feels high quality. The matt black finish is flawless and looks great, very minimalistic with subtle markings on the knobs that are a little difficult to see....but I guess that's the point! I really like it.

[Rewarded Review] Neat shower

We are renovating our downstairs bathroom and wanted a cool shower head for our new bathroom. We saw this and thought ok let's try it. We really wanted it nickel but the color will work just fine. It was a little tricky to install but since we are renovating we had all the walls open which made it easier to install. Once the renovation was done it looks good and works great. I am disappointed that the hand shower head has a plain rubber hose. I would think it should be metal. Overall it works well for our needs

Decent external finish, the quality of the internal valves and piping has me concerned it will not last long. To be expected for the price and country of origin though. Here's to hoping it works as well as it looks

[Rewarded Review] Very Nice Features and Great Looking Shower Panel

I replaced my old shower panel (7+ years old) with my new BWE 5 Jet Shower Tower. The panel came very well packaged, as there was a piece of broken styrofoam, but nothing was damaged inside.

[Rewarded Review] Attractive and a great value, but make sure your current plumbing and fixtures fit within the width of the panel.

I ordered this BWE 5 - Jet Shower Tower for our mudroom shower/dog wash area. I have to say, this shower panel is better quality than I expected for the price. It came very well packaged with no damage. In addition to being a very attractive unit, it is well made. The knobs are non-plastic and solid, and all the parts fit together as they should. There were white gloves included to avoid finger prints during installation. We did not use the gloves and didn't have any fingerprint issues. In regard to installation, MAKE SURE your current plumbing and fixture openings fit within the width of the panel. If not, you will be doing more of a shower remodel, instead of a simple upgrade. I also recommend tightening ALL hose connections to ensure no leakage. Be advised, the instructions are not the greatest so if you are not somewhat familiar with plumbing, you made need to hire a plumber for the install. I would also like to point out that if taller and shorter people will be using this shower, and you install at a height for a taller person, the jets may not be located ideally for the shorter person. All in all this is a nice system, especially for the price.

The BWE 5-Jet panel system is very simple to assemble, install & use. In my video when I show you how to assemble this item, you can see the quality, style and how the plumbing is contained in it. When assembling any plumbing items make sure all the connections are tight for a leak free job & not just the ones you connect! The quality of this item & its parts/hardware is above average. All the plumbing parts are performing great with no issues at all. The water pressure is really good, see my video! I have been using this for a several weeks now & I am 100% happy with this item & how it is constructed. It has a great finish & great water pressure. It's like a car wash for humans, just turn around as you rinse with the rainfall & the 5 jets on. This wall panel shower system is so calming/relaxing to use... I can just relax and destress! Easy 5 stars & definitely recommended.

[Rewarded Review] difficult shower but very effective

This shower is a panel with different jets to hit different areas of your body with a temperature control with off. This shower does come with included instructions however I recommend that you hire a plumber to install to make sure it is installed correctly. This panel shower system does come with tape to seal the connections and the bigger panel has the hoses already installed and connected. there is a smaller piece that goes to the ceiling to get the "rainfall" experience that this kit will give you. this shower system even has a hand held wand to wash the difficult areas and rinse them also.
