Don’t care for the way the water comes out of the faucet. Splashes all over and gets counter wet.

Proprietary Key Needed.

Watch the installation videos on YouTube. You need a proprietary key to take the aerator/filter out. We can't be cattle folks. They know darn well most people will lose that key after installation. When the filter gets clogged a couple years down the road, most people will have their faucet replaced because its "broken".

Easy install good drain option included.

Everything about this faucet is great. It’s very attractive and it works well. I know this isn’t Kohler’s fault, but the lowered flow due to EPA rules is the only downside.

We are very pleased with the sets. We bought the chrome and they are beautiful. They have been in place for two weeks and have stayed nice and bright. Our handyman said installation was very easy.

Instructions were clear and helpful. Installation was easy and quick assuming you have to take out the old faucet (which I had to) you can have everything done within two hours. I think it would have been helpful to know what connection hose size you need which isn’t clear until you open the box and read instructions but it probably could be found online if I looked. Only other complaint I have is the stopper tends to have water stains on it after use.

Home Depot can’t deliver on time.

Item was supposed to arrive in two days. That’s why I bought it. It’s three days later now and they’re just now telling me they’re working hard to process my order. Unacceptable Home Depot.

The cold-water cartridge came cracked, even though it was a new faucet set that I purchased. I can't return the set because I already spent a lot of money getting the set installed by a professional plumber. I filed a warranty claim to get a replacement cold-water cartridge over 20 days ago and I have yet to hear from Kohler. In the meantime, I can't use the cold water. I am very disappointed with this product and this company.

Looks better than expected. A little more expensive than expected but matched our fixiture finishes.

Can’t service valves. Water lines are very small limiting flow. Because no service on valves, if problem develops, total replacement is only fix ??
