Absolute crap!!!! Does not install well. no matter how tight you get it the thing still spins free. Won't stand up at all. My fault for not installing it during the return window. Now I'm out the money and still need to buy a new shower head.Don't waste your time or money.
leaking from every nook besides where i put teflon. it's leaking between all its own pilots points. i lock the joints and it leaks between it's own arms that I dont have access to.
it is very cheap. the knob to transfer you know to change from the the regular shower head to the handheld shower head broke and this is the second item that I buy similar. very similar antima and they break easy like easy barely last a week
Missing parts. The thing that is suppose to hold the detachable shower head, doesn’t even fit to hold it. And it spins when attached to the shower. Super disappointed.
It beautiful, love the flat black. Pretty simple to put together, except they don’t line up. The shower head and the sway arm not in a straight line. That’s the problem I have with this.
We are remodeling our bathroom and will not be installing this for another month. But, I am very excited about this shower set. The finish is perfect. The only thing I was surprised about is the shower arm does not come with it. But, we ordered that through a big box store and it should be fine. Pleasantly surprised! I am giving it four stars because we can not tested it yet. If it works as good as it looks, it would be a five for sure.
A lot of messing around but I got the product to work! Make sure you use the tape included or your own plumbing tape, and include the washers or it will leak. Overall happy with purchase.
Parts broke very easy. Had to go to the hardware store for the replacement parts. They cost more than the shower head itself. But it is a great shower head after replacing the broken parts
omg! so much better than I expected!!! this really dumps alot of water and it great especially since I have thick, long, curly hair. it takes me alot less time to wash and rinse. I love love love this shower head! THE BEST THING ABOUT IT WAS THIS WAS A FREE GIFT AS WELL! I worked hard for it tho. it took me 3 months but it was worth it! thank you
Works great!! It was a hassle getting it together correctly and understanding how the handheld shower worked, but I got it figured out. Best buy so far 🥰
