Beautiful but...

The rod itself adds a nice, decorative touch to any room. However, twice, I received a heavily damaged box with missing or damaged pieces. The first order was missing a rod, both finials, and the hardware. The box was busted wide open in the middle and each end of the box was open. I couldn’t believe that either Target or the delivery company could consciously deliver an item in that state. Target replaced the item at no extra charge but again, I received a damaged box with tape haphazardly used to hold it together. One end of the box was open and one of the finials was missing some of the decorative materials it’s made of. Instead of asking for a second replacement, I made do with what I received. Target either needs to sell items like this in stores or do a better job with shipping and handling.

Missing Parts

I bought three curtain rods. All three packages arrived looking like they were previously opened and poorly taped back together.

I only got the ends of the product and no rod. Disappointing because I like the ends a lot. :(

Terrible

I was sent this with missing pieces! The one side came preassembled and I can’t twist the other crystal ball into anything. It just slides off the rod because it’s missing the connecting plastic piece. Would not buy again, don’t waste your money.

Thick and sturdy Rod. Very easy to put up. Several options on width of rod, so depending on your window width, you can use two rods together, and there is even a third rod to make it wider. Happy with this rod and it came to me pretty fast. Comes with three clips, so it is very sturdy.

i’m a curtain rod snob and i find this to be quite pretty, very sturdy. it’s not holding very heavy curtains but it seems like it can hold its weight.

Love this curtain rod

I love this curtain rod. We have 4 heavy black out drapes on this rod. We did install a metal bracket in the middle for added support.

these are beatiful curtains rods but they keep coming to me broken
