I would highly recommend this for anyone who showers for relaxation in addition to daily self--care! The control allows the jets to be less than full force, and the wand helps in those hard-to-reach spots.

Worst install ever

We have restored several homes. The quality of the product matched the price. Looks good but many parts are plastic. Our low score is related to the very tightly packed plumbing that causes supplies to have to link to connect and made it almost impossible to get it to attach to the wall clips properly. Never had this much trouble with other shower panels installs.

We replaced an older shower panel

The product was shipped to the store and arrived undamaged. The body was assembled but the shower head and spray arm needed to be attached. The directions were sparse but it was fairly intuitive. I made one mistake by missing the washer when attaching the shower head arm to the body. Note that if this is a replacement install you may have to fiddle with the hot and cold connection hoses; the ones supplied were too short for my application and kept getting kinked when trying to attach the unit to the wall. I wound up getting longer hoses that worked better.

Love this item. It’s exactly as pictured and described and looks beautiful. Very easy to install. Couldn’t be happier.

Bamboo weeps

We like the look quite a bit but after just a few months, the bamboo surface began to weep beads of sap. We scrubbed them off but it is a downhill battle and more areas of the surface have succumbed. Also the black paint has peeled in a couple of spots off the fixtures.

Beautiful Shower Panel

This shower panel is exactly what we were looking for. We are remodeling our bathroom and wanted a rain shower head without re-doing the plumbing. We also wanted body jets and a hand held shower head. The look and design ties into what we are going for in our bathroom. The only thing we were unhappy about were parts of the shower panel were bent. Easy fix, but it was still disappointing.

Nearly perfect

Here we go! Pros: attractive, works with low water pressure (not all three at once though), quality plumbing, quality parts, feels nice and solid after installing. Cons: hot and cold water lines should have an additional set as an option for shorter or longer lines, and the plastic anchors that came with the mounting brackets are just trash. Toss em and use your own anchors based on your installation. There ya go, got it on sale for $360 and love it!

No instructions

I took off stars because 1) Only mounting instructions were provided, no other installation instructions. I had to use YouTube. and 2) The temperatures are reversed.

Really love the shower spa. We chose this one as replacement. Our original set up had 2 and we bought 2 of these. But the overhead part sticks out further than our old one did. So we opted to only install one. Bought online. Return was easy to the local store
