The item is high quality and beautiful. I ordered two items (towel rod and tiler paper holder) The order took a long time to ship and my contractor was about to finish up my renovation project when the order finally arrived, except this item wasn't in the order. Houzz and the Vendor went out of their way to help resolve the issue. It was a frustrating process to reach someone who could help, but at the end of the day it worked out and my item was delivered today, a week earlier than projected to replace the missing item.
