Not Happy with item or customer service.
I thought you were able to adjust the length of the pendants, but you can't, and I have low ceilings, so I won't work out and since I opened it at 37 days from when I ordered it or 33 days from the day, I received it I am unable to return it. The product is not what it seemed, and the customer was not good.
Reminds Me of the 80s
I liked this in the photos. When it arrived the bell portion is way too small for an island; unless your island is tiny. It looks cheap when it’s up. Reminds me of 80s plastic lighting. Extremely difficult to adjust length and then to try and get all three same length. Not impressed at all. Want to return and look at other options.
