Fell after one day
Followed instructions perfectly and the command strips unstuck after one day. There was hardly any weight in the caddy. Disappointed.

Not staying up
I purchased two of these and they are not staying up. I went and spent money on extra strips to try again and on the second try the first one is staying. So, I hung up my second one and it fell down with barely anything in it. Now, the first one that I finally got to stay is popping off again. It is frustrating because I always used the plastic caddy without any problems. It stayed up for over 5 years. I just wanted something that looked a little better in our shower.

Followed the installation instructions to a T and the strips had no sticking power whatsoever on my clean smooth tile. Maybe it had faulty strips. Even if it did stick, I don't think I could trust putting any products in it. I'll find another use for it in the house somewhere🤷♀️
Fell off
My roommate and I installed it the exact way you are supposed. Seemed well enough, put our toiletries on it and carried on. Not even 12 hours later in the middle of the night it falls off the wall. The hold is not strong, it would probably be okay with maybe one bigger shampoo bottle and that’s it. They claim it holds up 5lbs, they do not. I will be returning this product.
Worked well Until we needed to remove it
Worked really well until we had to move places and remove it. The command strip broke as we stretched it, making it impossible to remove the bracket from the wall. That’s another issue. Now Having a hard time finding a replacement bracket so we can use it again in the new place. Any suggestions?
