Pretty
One major flaw
This product has one major flaw that other reviewers have also mentioned. The stopper keeping the bar from falling off the holder wears and then the holder is useless. Grohe used to provide accessories that would last as long as the bathroom - no longer. The metal work is perfect, the stopper low quality.

Holder broke after a few years
The "U shaped" part broke out after a few years. No warranty for replacement, so we now have it on backwards and shoved in further, so the paper doesn't fall off. I would not buy again. It's been that way for many years now, just getting around to review. Once I found out there are no warranties on bathroom products, I decided to write a review. We have many other Grohe products and really like them.
A bit more lightweight than expected. The bar is stiff to move which I think is intentional not to allow the toilet paper to swing out.
This holds large / mega toilet paper rolls and looks great and is easy to use.

Bar keeps falling off
The bar on my tp holder keeps falling off. I can’t find anything on your website to tell why this happens or how to fix it. So I can’t use the holde and my tp sits on the floor. Please help on how to fix it. Your other products a great but not this tp holder.
