Handsome and modern
Look and feel of it
Beautiful!
I got a gorgeous front door and wanted a new handle lock set. It looks fabulous on my new door!
The installation by my general contractor was completed. There was an issue whereby a part should have been installed on the inside of the door rather than outside. Once things didn't line up properly, it was determined that a correction by the contractor was made. All is good!
works for both left- and right-open doors.
Had to take it back to Lowes for assistance on changing it from a left-open door to a right-open door. David (Lowes on Bellflower Ave in Long Beach, Ca) helped me out, got it changed, and I gave it to the carpenters, who put it right in.
Quality is suspect
Installation of handset was straightforward. Handset was used as a replacement for an existing one and this model fit the layout.
Hopeful
Looks good. The re-key feature didn't work that well. Hopefully the clear coating they put on the metal won't get foggy and discolored like my last Kwikset handle did.

No drawing with dimensions provided on web site.
No drawing with dimensions provided on Home Dept web site. Without a darwing with dimensions it is not possible to see if the dimesnions match with my existing door handle lock set. Therefore 1 customer and many more are lost
Instructions are easy to follow and easy to rekey.

Did not fit our door
We loved the looks of this set but it didn't fit our door. I would think the hardware would be standard. Returning:

Great Look
The quality looks and feels great. The pivot on the handle was a plus to accommodate different lengths between holes.
4 Years and Its DEAD
As the title states, 4 years and it is dead. Tried every on-line troubleshooting tip and called Kwikset and tried to do a reset with them .. nothing. Dead !! The electronics only have a 1 year warranty so I'm out of luck there as well. So ... for the $300 I spent I now have a regular key lock with an inoperable number pad.
Crooked
Such a pretty handle overall. Paid to get it installed THEN noticed it wqs "welded" crooked from the manufacturer. So i have to pay AGAIN to pull it off go buy another one and pay again to have it installed
Set looks very sharp and works well. Had to use some improvising to get it to fit old holes
