[Rewarded Review] Fabulous presentation. Limited use.

Extremely well made. This product feels premium. The metal has weight to it. It's simple to install as well. I really love the look it delivers. With that said it isn't for every sink. If your sink isn't deep, and wide the waterfall effect will splash all over the user creating a mess.

[Rewarded Review] Very modern!

This is a gorgeous faucet! It fits beautifully in my pedestal sink. It was very easy to install. I liked that it came with a rubber seal for under the plate that helps to eliminate water getting under there. It’s super easy to turn on the water and use. The water flows nice and smoothly in a way that gives a pure waterfall effect. I really love the smooth matte black, it’s very clean and modern looking and looks great against the white porcelain of my sink. The sink stopper is really nice, it’s large. I like that you can push it down to close it or push down to release it as well. Now what is very interesting here is you can lift out the whole plunger which opens the whole drain and also allows for easily cleaning the basket part under the stopper. Over all this is a fabulous faucet that works wonderful and looks beautiful! I am very glad to say I did receive this item in exchange for an honest review.

The Matte Black looks great and high end. package was nice and well set in the box. All parts are packed well in small bags easy to see and find. and instruction included

Sprays water everywhere

Be warned, when you wash your hands, water will spray everywhere! It makes a huge mess and now I have to buy and install a new faucet.

The black waterfall faucet adds a beautiful touch to an updated bathroom. The matte black waterfall faucet was easy to install and gives a great flow of water in the sink.

[Rewarded Review] Sleek Looking Piece of Hardware

I really like this faucet. It is built solid with a gliding handle action. It is an easy installation with OK instructions. Thanks for orings, I hate using plumbers putty. The flow out of the flat spout is like nothing that I've seen or used before. It feels like a blade of water that rinses off the soap from your hands just by sliding through. Now all I have to do is find another one just like it for they second bathroom sink. The finish is flawless and it looks like a work of art on my sink.

this is a nice faucet! Way bigger than I thought but it is nice and sturdy and looks great in my bathroom! it was easy to install. only thing I would say is make sure you know what sink you are installing the drain into. I did not know I didnt have a n overflow sink so ended up buying another drain without overflow.other then that this faucet is very nice. I love the single handle as it is easy for the young grandkids to turn on. this faucet has a lot of water pressure coming out of the spigot so you do get a bit of splash if its turned on all the way! I love how the water flows out of the nozzel even with the bit of over splash!

This Single hole bathroom faucet has a nice finish. Its black color makes the bathroom looks very fresh. installation is very easy. Instructions are somewhat clear. It comes with a push drain instead of a lever.

[Rewarded Review] Nice faucet with a clean modern look

We used this to replace the sink faucet in our main bathroom. Installation was quick and easy the faucet is really sharp looking. It gives the sink a cleaner look and looks very modern. The only downside was that we have a shallow sink and when the water flows at maximum it splashes out of the sink. It is not that big of a deal but it is something to keep in mind. It is easy to control the water stream as the handles are very responsive.

Great Service from BWE

We bought two of these almost two years ago. While they have worked flawlessly, the paint on the base of one of them started flaking off. We contacted Home Depot and since the faucet was out of warranty they could not help us. I contacted BWE directly, sent some pictures and explained the problem. BWE sent a replacement faucet within a week. This is GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Faucet seems to be of very good quality. Easy to install and looks great. The only possible downside is that the supply lines are custom to the faucet and can’t be replaced at the local hardware store (for future reference). Overall very happy with the purchase.

I bought two of these for our master bath renno. They are perfect. Taller than average (i think) and easy to turn off one handed. I love the look and the functionality.

[Rewarded Review] Ordering multiple does not mean they will match.

Ordered 2 of these for dual basin vanity. Showed up in 2 different boxes checked at store and they seemed to be the same. Upon time to install found out they must be older and newer model. Heights are different, mounting hardware is different, hot and cold are labeled different. Quite frustrating someone's lack of caring and attention to detail still has me shaving and brushing my teeth out of my kitchen sink.

Misrepresent product as Matte

The product discription NEVER mentioned that Matte Black is just a film over a silver faucet. I never would have purchased this product. Honestly, is a harm thing to come by.. I so disappointed in this company. Customer service was NO HELP. BWE should rebrand as Be aWarE.

[Rewarded Review] Almost Perfect

I have been looking for a faucet that extends out as far as possible so I have room to wash my hands under less than a full flow of water. The faucet itself only sticks out an inch or so passed the longest faucet I could find before, but the bonus is that you get another inch or two of space because of how the flow is from the very tip and how it naturally flows outward even further. What a Godsend! I would say that under full flow it actually pushes the water 2/3 of the way across the sink, so there is plenty of room for washing and rinsing. The flow is no aerated, so it will flow more like a fountain or stream. However, it comes to a point, so you do have a concentrated flow, and you can use less water. This model does not have a pop-up, but I was too lazy to replace my metal one anyway, so I'm OK with that. Neither the instructions nor the faucet disclosed which supply opening in the bottom of the faucet is for hot and which was for cold. It's a 50/50 guess, which could have been avoided with a simple color marking on the inlets in the faucet. The color is deep- almost black. The action on the handle is silky smooth. It certainly makes the rest of the powder room look outdated now.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful beautiful beautiful!

This low arc faucet is amazing and so pretty, it has a waterfall spout that when the water comes out it is mesmerizing. BWE has made a quality product and the materials in workmanship are really nice, strong, sleek, smooth and so beautiful. This makes me feel like I am at a spa, it relaxes me to watch the water flow out, and I find I am washing my hands much more frequently.

The faucets look and work very very well. Unfortunately the hoses are too short and getting new ones or attachments required ordering them online. Measure your connection distance before attaching these faucets. You CANNOT REUSE the old style connections.

Nice look, but water spots and splashing and noise

Nice look (which was the main seller for us), but excessive splashing, water spots, and noise make this less functional and more of a chore. Im not a big fan of having to wipe down the entire sink area every time I wash my hands. Would look nice in a decorative sink thats rarely used, I suppose.
