Non standard fitting

The shower set itself seems to be nice quality, but the shower and tub trim are all male fitting which is atypical thus making install pretty painful.

Looks great, but it makes noises.

We installed this during a bathroom remodel and it looks great and worked well, however, about a month in we noticed a noise like pipes clanging when water was turned off or on throughout the house coming from near the shower valve. Our plumber came and after a lot of looking and poking around, diagnosed the problem and said we needed a new cartridge for the valve. Cannot get anyone to respond from the company. I will update if this changes.

Looks nice, but there are some issues...

Well it looks nice but the arm that has the shower head on it is very short, it really needs to be about 6 inches longer. Water leaks out of the shower head regardless of where the dial is. The clip to hang the wand only fits one way. It should be adjustable so that the clip can fit at the end or the other side.

This faucet has water leaks since day 1 . It’s just frustrating to see water leak issues after new shower installation . If I need to change the faucet now , I will have to remove or break some tiles to fix the faulty shower faucet .

I got this BWE Shower / Tub Faucet Kit w/ handheld sprayer for a bathroom remodel I'm doing in my On-Suite. This kit has all the features I was looking for with a central control. Waterfall Faucet for the Tub, Waterfall Shower Head, Handheld Sprayer in a contemporary finish. The kit came packaged in both cloth and foam sleeves to keep scratches to a minimum. The black matte finish gives just enough sheen to convey its quality. Once everything is installed, this will be one of the favorite baths for the family to fight over.

This is a beautiful rain shower and tub spout combination set. It is very modern looking with straight, futuristic lines. The matte black is a solid finish, not "painted" on so it should keep it's good looks for a very long time. I must say this set weighs a ton. It is a very well manufactured set, not at *ALL* flimsy. At ALL. I highly recommend this beautiful set.

Right when I opened this well packaged shower and tub set I was very impressed with its quality! The finish seems to be done nicely and the shower head will be something amazing in our new shower. The shower head is a lot bigger than I expected. The tub spout has a great styling and thankfully appears to be rounded off on the edges , so no sharp corners!

Look sleak, exactly what I expected.

Awesome looking and working shower kit! At first I thought the plate on the picture was some sort of soap holder. (Didn't read the interior description). Installed the tub spout in our walk in shower lol. Looking great and awesome to wash off dirty feet or have the little ones shower on their own under it.
