No customer service, no replacement cartridges

Do not buy this crap! The quality is ok, but the availability of parts and customer service is terrible. I have five Forious faucets in a home I bought. Recently had a leaking cartridge, needed to replace it. You will not find parts. Contact customer service, without a valid order number they will not provide any assistance! I was not asking for free stuff, asking where to get a cartridge and more than willing to pay for it. Nope, won't help without a receipt. Terrible.

great looking and working kitchen faucet easy to install

It's a beautiful faucet, easy to use, looks elegant, well made. I was amazed at the low cost for it. Love it!

A little tricky to get the nut on under the sink passed all the hose fittings. Other than that, it's great!

Superior design and function

This is one of the best faucet assemblies that I have bought. Everything is included to install it. The design is simple and has great functionality. The valve is smooth and can be operated with one finger. You can use it as a traditional fixed faucet or remove the faucet and use as sprayer. This faucet is a smart design and the finish is very nice. Nicer than a top name brand that I recently purchased for my shower.

[Rewarded Review] Industrial looking kitchen faucet

Forious Pull Down Kitchen Faucet Mod # WW004BN, Made in China, is a brushed stainless kitchen faucet with a pull down sprayer head. The head has two water stream choices, full and spray that can be activated with the the button on the head. Flow can also be stopped by the other button. Instead of a fixed riser tube there is a spiral/spring type riser that allows the hose and riser to be somewhat flexible for movement. Single handle for temperature control and a brushed stainless plate, single hole, for mounting. I am not so sure I like the black hose visible all the time, instead of disappearing inside fixed risers. Simple to install.

I purchased this faucet because the others I wanted were projected to take too long to be delivered. I'm actually very happy with this faucet. It's durable and looks amazing.

Worked great until the rubber button popped off.

Looks good, works well, easy to install. Everything seemed fine and then one day a week after installing the little round button was missing. These are rubber and I am not sure what the purpose of the button is, water is flowing and you press the button it stops but the minute you let go of the button water starts again. It seems it should be a on / off / pause button where you would push it and it would pause the water until you push it again, but it only stops the flow as long as you hold the button?

[Rewarded Review] Black kitchen faucet

This faucet has a black flat finish. Easily shows fingerprints but also easily wipes off. Standard installation with trim kit to fit any style sink. Not really a fan of the spring stiffening mechanism other than that works well.

Smazing Faucet

Awesome faucet, the water pipes are 3/8in and the pressure was greatly increased when i installed it. The hardest part was making sure my 1/4 turn valves were sealed correctly. I even bought a bathroom faucet of the same brand, seems durable and gives more room in the kitchen sink. The only downside is the sprayer is plastic.

Best Faucet

My husband and I bought a very old house that still had the original faucet from the 70’s that didn’t move side to side and didn’t have a hose. My husband installed this and it looks so pretty! He did have to saw the old pipes and use shark bite connectors but it works. I love it. Makes washing the dishes and cooking so much easier. The beautiful gold color is a plus and it stands out.
