Great look and working faucet.

Went 4 out of 5 for one small reason great looking and working faucet but the only problem was the fitting that screws to the water supply hot and cold only has a paper thin washer, after several attempts I grabbed thicker ones for a couple of dollars and it works great.

Nice faucet but bad instructions

Overall a good faucet that seems to be well made. Where I dropped a star is in the instructions or lack thereof (see picture).

Nice Sleek, Elegant Faucet

This black matte faucet was to be an elegant upgrade to our downstairs bathroom. The sleek design was just what I was looking for in a new look for an outdated bathroom. The product arrived with no defects and was packaged properly for delivery. The box included everything needed for installation. However, before installing the faucet, I noticed the water lines provided were too short to reach my existing water lines. The lines provided were about 6 inches too short to reach the connection. I wasn’t able to install the faucet because of this issue. Aside from this issue, this is an elegant, sleek faucet that I would recommend. The handle seemed to be easy to adjust the water temperature and the size of the faucet is perfect for both a smaller and larger sink area. The black matte color was perfect for my white sink. The product was heavy and made of high-quality materials.

As expected ,nice unit,solid

Nice and stylish, modern application

Used for bathroom sink application. Works well and looks nice with deicore . Nice design and practical. Most rplace sink with single hole application.not tooo difficult on install about 45 -65 minutes with proper tools. May need professional plummer if your inlet does not have proper shutoff valves. Professional install runs about 350 in specific areas.

Not for average DYI homeowner

Build quality appears to be on par with competitors, but requires additional tools that I feel most DIY homeowners would not have in their toolbox. It does come with the hot & cold supply lines (uninstalled). If you do not have already- Make sure you get/order yourself the Rigid Faucet tool before you leave the store. I plan to use in kids bathroom. After installing, the finish gives a nice look

Smooth as silk

What a nice piece of engineering. The faucet lever is so smooth it exudes quality and it looks great too. It's quite heavy, suggesting very high quality materials. The matt black finish is cool and will look good in the bathroom as it matches the matt black shower.

Excellent and stately faucet!

Updating our guest bath and I am so impressed by this brand. The faucet is crazy heavy (substantial) and the handle operates very smoothly - it feels and looks expensive. The directions are good and install is simple and - hot and cold flex tubes included in the box. I love the small red and blue markings onto of the handle - nice touch. The faucet does not have the pull up feature to operate the drain which is fine - those never work anyway. I purchased a matching BWE pop-up drain set in matte black to match. I will update with photo after install.

Easy to install.

Nice Single Hole Faucet in Matte Black

The BWE Single Hole Single-Handle Bathroom Faucet in Matte Black is a great addition to a guest or master bathroom. BWE takes great care in packaging to prevent scratching. Although no directions were provided, installation was easy. You will have to screw the hose into the facet. The waterflow is strong and the pop up drain is a no hassle feature. The matte black finish makes for a great aesthetic.
