Tony of BWE customer service was great

This faucet was not designed for the stainless steel sink. The faucet was about two or three inches too long. Tony of the BWE (the manufacturer) replaced it at no charge! The folks at Home Depot were not as helpful. Great job Tony!

Did not last

This did not last (less than a year) and leaked terribly. We took the sprayer off and used it for a while. Awful.

If you need a commercial faucet - this is a great one to get - it is built well and will hold up for a long time - it is a price point item that will favor the purchase - it can be repaired easily and maintained for long heavy use - i have used many for a long time and this is solid at a much better pricepoint - the sprayer will be a favored item and is easily cleanable

[Rewarded Review] Great for outdoor use.

I got this faucet for an outside fish cleaning station and dog wash. The appearance is great. The finish is excellent. The kit comes with several pieces that must be assembled. Follow the instructions or you’ll forget to put the wall brace, the sprayer hook, or the sprayer loop where it belongs and you’ll have to take the whole assembly apart to get it right. Make sure the wall brace is mounted securely to a stud or solid backing behind the wall. The kit comes with plastic anchors for this purpose but you really need a solid attachment to the wall or the tugging on the spray will pull the brace out of the wall. All of the critical connections have inner seals and setscrews to make sure that there are no leaks and the pulling doesn’t loosen the joint as it’s used. The wall nipples are offset to accommodate small variations in the spacing of the mounting holes in your sink and to allow adjustment so the faucet assembly can the installed perfectly plumb. This set comes with a bag of extra seals and mounting screws and anchors. It’s very high quality and should provide a lifetime of trouble free service.

[Rewarded Review] Excellent quality

Ordered this to replace old faucet in the basement tub we use to bathe our dogs. The description on the website does not begin to describe the quality of this set. It comes with all the fixtures needed to set it up

Decided on this model as control for sprayer was able to move either left or right and not infer with the hot and cold valve levers

[Rewarded Review] Now I can wash my 30 gallon brew pot with ease.

Anyone who homebrews knows how much washing is involved and and we are constantly trying to find was to make it easier. This is exactly what we had in the restaurants I used to work in and have wanted one for my outdoor restaurant sink I used for washing my brew pots among many other things. The faucet is configureable to have a faucet, sprayer or both depending on what you need. This model has the extra height reach on the sprayer so I can fit kegs and my tallest pots underneath with plenty of room to spray things down.

[Rewarded Review] Great Weight

Great Weight, I usually only give 4 stars as my highest rating. Typically related to the point of origin. This commercial faucet is the exception, every feature reviewed, threads, connections, handles, coil over spring, hose is of substantial weight and and surprising quality. Al levers are smooth action, the spring back on the spray nozzle is very crisp, very crisp Center water spout is well orchestrated, and should provide a healthy use period. Well, well worth the money.
