Shower/tub combo

Nice looking but design does not allow water to be hot. I believe due to the handle water only able to get warm not hot. Look is good and easy to install. Overall not happy will be replacing

Water Does Not Get Hot

Installed as instructed, however the water does not get hot, more of a lukewarm. This is with the red temperature gauge positioned to the maximum.

Shower head sticks out too short. You’re almost into the other hardware to get under it.

It gets fingers printed and water marks is hard to remove and keep it looking clean

It's nice but it's not dyi friendly once I got to it I realized I needed a plumber but it looks good the fitting is a bit lose

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is the weirdest designed faucet---it has a cold section it runs through first, then when continuing to move the handle to get warm water, it goes through a full OFF section again and then goes into the hot section?!?! So no luke warm section, just straight to the hot section. I have to keep it as low as possible in the hot section to be tolerable, but it also messes with the water pressure, which is awful. I am going to have to buy another head to hopefully help with the pressure.

The gold finish looks like a green silver

Very disappointed, picked this out online and my contractor started to install it before I got a look at it and noticed the finish was very faint gold and to was more of a green silver tint. It would be $600 for me to have the valve redone for the other one I bought in its place but my contractor told me to order another and that maybe it was defective. I ordered a second one and it’s the same faint color. I’m going to bring it in and see if this is a mistake and can update the review if it is

Beautiful modern gold

No more hot showers.

Kitchen water temperature is 124. Shower with Delta valve is 124. New tub/shower with Glacier Bay is 103 degrees. That's barely above body temperature! The red plastic ring is turned as far as it will go. I am going to experiment with taking it out or modifying so the faucet can turn further. It would sure be a pain to tear out a wall to replace it with something sensible. But it is pretty.

Low pressure, bad design.

Much lower pressure than old setup. Its actually too low to the point the shower head flow barely comes out to shower normally.

I fell in love with the gold faucet set. It looks durable and beautiful. But, was unable to use it. Because we have the old copper pipes in our bathroom. That's not compatible enough for the gold set to be installed. So we had to purchase the older model faucet. I was disappointed we were unable to get it installed.

I love how easy it was to install. It is beautiful and provides the style and luxury I wanted in this bath renovation.

Affordable and classy

We ordered this for our bathroom reno and it looks fantastic. Subtle gold is so nice and works really well!

Zero pressure trickle shower system

We wasted our money on this Glacierbay product. Please avoid selling and buying this piece of junk. We installed and are now left with very low pressure and to top it- the shower head rod is too short and shower head cannot be angled wide so you end up taking a shower while sticking to the wall -

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Installed this while setup only to see that I now have no pressure. Turns out this thing being $200 flipping dollars is a glorified piece of junk. I now have to tear the whole thing down and buy a new valve setup.

[Rewarded Review] Don't buy if you like hot water

There is a red flow control or something inside the handle that makes it so your water doesn't mix properly. It is impossible to get it hot enough to take a bath. Non if my other faucets have this problem. It is pretty, but worthless....

No matching drain kit

If you're buying something matte gold you'll want a matching drain kit. One doesn't exist per Home Depot support line (as the manufacturer is owned by Home Depot).
