Had to Shorten Two Contacts to fit Older Track

Type H does not always fit a type H track by another manufacturer. I had to file down the contracts that are opposite each other to get the lights to fit the older track. I just happened to have a micrometer around that my dad gave me. House was built in the late 90s so I’m guessing my lighting track dates back to around then.

Easy to install, can use regular bulbs. Most other track light heads use specialty bulbs that can get hard to find.

I’m 71 years old, have had track lighting experiences since the 1980’s and this is the good solid quality that I expect. I installed it in my art studio and it suits my needs.

Poor fit - only some work.

I bought five (5) of them in black. This is all the store had in black. Only two (2) worked. Had to go to two different stores to get them exchanged, because of low inventory.

Really easy to install. This is H type track lighting, dispite it not saying so. So it should be compatible with other H type tracks. I bought Lithonia track as I was not sure. I like the fact that the fixtures allow you to use the type of LED bulbs you want. And if one goes bad, you don’t have to replace the housing like some of the integrated LED housing. These were fully adjustable.

Simple switch out old fixtures

bought these to replace the lights in the track lighting I had installed years ago. The original lights were halogen. The halogen lights were very hot, expensive to replace and stating to fail. I was able to switch out the old halogen heads and replace them with these new fixtures. It was super easy to do and look great. The LED lights give off much more light, use less energy and will be much easier to replace burned out bulbs in the future!

I really like this lighting head. It was very simple to install and I did it myself. The material used looks strong and like it will hold up for the long run. I installed mine in my garage area and it goes well with the room and actually made it pop by doing something so simple. It moves the way you want it to. I think Ill be adding more to different rooms in my house. I feel like it would look good in a bedroom as well as in the garage where I installed mine.

Loving the light fixture. I installed it in my entertainment center so that the light can illuminate my family photo frames. Easy installation. You can install the lighting head anywhere in your home. Looks even better with track lighting. I'm going to install a track lightning in my hallway it would look very stylish.
