Antique Copper looked like Black
I ordered the antique copper & it looked black. Came with screws taped on the end & not in original packaging. Returned & did not reorder after customer service tried to convince me that it was antique copper. Didn't want to go through that again.

This towel bar is beautiful and so cheap! Easy to install.
quality towel bar for a great price.
The pump arrived broken and won’t stay screwed down into the bottle!! That said, the nozzle is ridiculously long, extending too far out from the bottle! If I could use it, it looks like it would be unbalanced and quite awkward!

Just installed this bar. The product comes with wall anchors, which is nice, though the instructions do not advise as to size of hole to drill in wall so it's up to you to eye it. The bar is nice looking but the holes for the set screws (used to mount the bar to the wall brackets) are set inside the bar facing each other rather than down (as shown in instructions). This made it very hard to install. I would also have preferred the set screws using a flat head or phillips head screw rather than a tiny allen key.

Product is very nice however no instructions were included or template to help with measurements. For that I am giving a low rating.
I love the towel ring, however, it seems to be a tad bit crooked, but I was having guests over and didn't want to bother with exchanging it. All in all, I really like it.
