This is so pretty in our bathroom. Great with our other black accents. We love the long length to hang two towels without overlapping making drying of damp towels easier. Yoel bar is well made- sturdy with a smooth finish.

A generously gave it one star although it could be zero as I could not possibly use it. The materials and feel of the product were most impressive and hence the star. The product packaging ( for a very expensive towel bar ) was ridiculously poor. A plastic sleeve and and 2 sheets of packing paper in an oversize box which arrived crumpled. The towel bar was warped at assembly, was not adjustable ( definitely rugged ) and could not be attached to a flat wall. The instructions were poor, the tools provided did not fit and the hardware ( some pieces loose in the box ) was questionable for such a "heavy" fixture. Thought this had to an anomaly and was going to ask for a replacement until I read a very similar review. Returned the product. Purchased a different item which arrived in custom packaging and although not as robust, doing a terrific job at less than half the price.

The towel bar has a dull sheen to it when compared to my other more richer, shinier Venetian Bronze fixtures. As for shipping, my first order was sent to the wrong address and the second order took longer than the original 4 week estimate.
Good Choice!
Looks good and very sturdy. I like the 36" part the most because I could put in my laundry room to hang wet clothes or hang things with clothes hangers.

The packaged hex wrenches for both towel racks were the wrong size. We used our own to start the project. Absolutely no installation information. Had to make our own templates to install them. Could have been so much quicker and easier as others have been. Not at all happy with this project.
