Not sturdy and finishes are mismatched.

While it does look like a pretty decent lamp, I was not impressed with the stability, quality, or coloring of the stem. The stem is made from multiple pieces that screw together. It assembled just fine, but the stem is pretty wobbly and even tighten up is a bit crooked. There is also a very noticeable color and finish difference between each stem section. Overall, I’m not that impressed, however, it did function as intended and the floor foot switch is a nice feature.

Attractive Hands-Free Lighting

Thus far, this lamp matches the product descriptions. I needed more lighting in my office/creativity room and I wanted a lamp that would compliment my decor as well. Pros: It makes a statement piece and gives off a decent amount of light. It has a floor switch that you step on to turn the lamp on and off (I LOVE this hands-free feature) The materials are of good quality. Cons: It has a very slight tilt I couldn't tighten the bottom screw without removing the velvet at the bottom of the marble or similar pedestal and I didn't want to ruin the velvet piece. It would be nice if there could be a flap that you could close and open, as needed, to tighten the pole to stand completely at attention! I would definitely recommend this lamp to friends, but make them aware that it may not be completely straight!

Note that even though the description of the lamp says 59-inch Brass Gold Floor Lamp - it’s dimension is only 57" tall, so it’s a little short, but otherwise, I can’t disagree with other reviewers.

The product lamp was scratched up, the brass rods which screw together are different colors and the base does not support the rod enough to stand it up straight. i would not recommend this product to another person.

Beautiful Lamp

I love this lamp. the light is very warm. Not hard to put together and add character. The brass looks very luxe. It fits great in a corner and would be ideal for a reading lamp.

I cannot rave about this lamp too much! The marble base is sturdy and classy. The bulb doesn’t put off much light but it’s great for decoration. What a nice design!
