don’t waste your time building

after an hour of putting together I realized I ordered this nightstand and I got a mixture of pieces of this nightstand with the one drawer nightstand. Second shipment of this company where they messed up and I had to pay the $50 to ship back. do not order from them.

Nightstand

I have had these dressers for awhile now, we bought one for each of our children’s rooms. The drawers are incredibly hard to open and close. I thought it would get easier over time but we are barely able to use 1/2 of the storage of this nightstand due to the drawers being so difficult to use especially for my children. I mean I literally have to put my hands on the back of the drawer and use my chest to push it in!! They look great with their matching bedroom sets but disappointed in their use.

Drawer isn’t usable

Looks great and very sturdy but the drawer is very hard to open and close even with 2 hands for an adult. It’s completely unusable. I reached out to Max and Lilly and they’re sending me a different night table free of charge! Excellent customer service. 5 stars for customer service and looks but the drawer issue brings this night table down. If that were on rollers it’d be a 5 star product.

Best quality I have ever put together. Will be buying more and would highly recommend. Minimal tools required. Easy instructions. I’m impressed.

Sturdy bu Parts Damaged

There were parts that came damaged. Some parts seemed to be lightly painted compared to others. Construction wise the entire set is very sturdy and should last. long time.

This was easy to assemble compared to the bed. I’m glad we did the bed first. It’s a nice heavy piece. And it looks great with the trundle bed.

This night stand was great

This night stand was great as an addition to our bunk bed we bought. It is a nice quality piece for the price, and is easily assembled. I found the tolerances to be pretty tight, which is nice when assembling your own furniture, but have a rubber mallet handy to tap in some tightly fitting parts. All the parts were there, so no replacement parts required; however, it was clear the company would assist should something be missing. The phone number for help was all over the place. Would buy again.

White End Table

Teh end table was very easy to assemble, the drawer works very smooth. The white coating is durable and well done. Looks great in little girls room.

Nice nightstand but poor customer service!

Overall the nightstand is what we were looking for. Easy to put together and goes well with our sons bed. The reason for the 2 stars was the run around with customer service. It took a month to receive this when it should have been several weeks at most. I would have understood the delays if we weren't told 3 separate times we would be receiving within the week. Then once I requested (in email and by phone) to cancel and refund, it magically was shipped within two days. Even though I requested the cancellation before it was shipped, I was told it could not be cancelled. Very frustrating. Because of the poor customer service I will not order from this company again.

This company is awful and the furniture is what you pay for, a step up from Ikea.
