Solid wood and quality workmanship

Solid Wood Night stand. This nightstand was delivered today, and I put it together effortlessly in no time. I’m impressed by the quality of this nightstand. I’ve been assembling furniture for a bedroom we are redoing at home, and compared to other pieces that I got from another website, this nightstand has the best workmanship. I will start looking at this company for additional furniture that we need. Super happy with my purchase and highly recommend this product.

Very disappointed

I ordered the slat trundle bed early March and a month later, still have not been able to put it together because of some holes that do not align. I’ve reached out 4 times and it still hasn’t been resolved. The nightstand I ordered as well has damage and quality issues that have not been addressed either.

Great Nightstand

I ordered this nightstand to go with the bunk beds. It went together quickly. Took about 20 minutes. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture with no smell. It was packed very well. My grandkids love it!

We bought this to go with our new big girl beds and who knew the drawer on this would be the hit over the beds. High quality at a great price.

Goes well with bed set. Mostly solid wood good enough for kids room. only thing the paint chipped easier than expected. would be nice if they gave you a touch up kit.

Worst costumer service

Ordered this dresser for my toddnew room more than a month ago and I haven't get it yet. I contacted costumer service ( by chat/email) because they don't have a phone line customer. They said that they don't know how much longer it will take to be delivered. SO DISAPPOINTING.

Ehhh at best.

I really wanted to love this nightstand. However, to begin with delivery took almost 3 weeks. When I finally received the table there was multiple parts broken. One being a small wood piece was broken and a leg was damaged. I reached out to customer service and they if stated they will ship those parts out. However it’s been a week and I’ve yet to receive them.

Broken furniture delivered

After waiting with excitement for our furniture for our son, Max, we received the nightstand a few days ago and the bed with trundle today. As I was unpacking the nightstand not only was it damaged on one corner, but broken off on another corner. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Not very impressed

Overall it seems very sturdy, but for the price, there were a lot of cosmetic defects. If I hadn't already bought and assembled the matching bunk bed (also had cosmetic defects) I would have sent everything back.

Very disappointed by customer service

I ordered 2 beds and 2 nightstands from max & Lily, we just moved to a new place and I’m slowly starting to put together new furniture. Opened the nightstand first and found it broken! I’ve contacted customer service via email and online chat and have received no assistance. Supposedly someone was going to be in touch with me. Very upset - I have no idea who else to complain to..
