I clicked okay because it
I clicked okay because it was Great and Terrible at the same time. First, the diffuser is damaged, needs to be returned. The finial will not unscrew. And, the box had a tape monster attack it, so much so, the styrofoam was very hard to open. Note: I have raced to Hawaii and hit an island full of styrofoam and garbage, maybe consider new packaging? GREAT because it is beautiful and lovely and has its special place in a magnificent living room. Thank you!
