Beautiful stems..The last pieces of this Marquis set I was lacking. And I was delighted at the prompt helpful response when one of them arrived broken. Fortunately I had enough to toast the New Year last night -
Beautiful if it’s still whole
Arrived broken, have chatted 4 times and was told to discard the broken glass and they would ship a replacement. Now I get an email saying I didn’t return the item. Absolutely terrible shipping with no fragile label and the customer service does not follow through with promises.

Good quality, heavy feel. Biggest disappointment is that actual height of glass was 3.5". Product description listed measurement of the glass as "Approx." 4.0"H x 3.1" x3.1".
