Set up was pretty easy (but I'm strong and capable). The front piece with the glass in particular is fairly heavy. You definitely need 2 strong people. I wired my own direct 20amp circuit, but if you don't have one and aren't comfortable, get an electrician. Used it twice and love it.

I was skeptical getting this but have no complaints. several pieces came damaged but their response was quick to send a new part or offer alternatives. 1st few times it would take about 40 minutes to get to 120 in the cold Colorado weather but now reaches hotter faster after near daily use. I've maxed it out at 147.

Quick and easy, Our Family Loves!

With all the options we are very happy to settle on this sauna. It heats up quickly and generally hits the 145-degree mark but it feels great even at 115. I was happy with the ease of putting it together, the hardest part was cleaning up the packaging materials and hauling them to the recycling center. As much as I love my 45 minutes to an hour every night my dogs love it more. They demand to get in and share the seat with us. I received this the week before Christmas as a family gift and the quality seems great but it has only been a month. This is labeled as a 3-person but it's more comfortable as a 2-person even if you're average size I am 6'1 180 lbs and have to duck when I stand up. Be prepared to sweat!

Part missing

Our sauna arrived and was easy to assemble. The wiring harness for the control panel was missing. The mfg response has been disappointing. We sent pictures and the rep first had us remove the control panel because, “the wiring harness fell into the wall.” It did not. We sent photos of the control panel without the wiring harness and we’re told that the company “will determine” if they need to send us a wiring harness. Since it won’t work without the harness, we have an expensive hunk of wood.

This was a great purchase! I am quite pleased with this sauna. It was pretty easy to assemble, took a little elbow grease at the end for all to line up, but we got it done. The Bluetooth feature is great! The light feature is great! I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck :)

Great Value Infracolor Sauna

This is exactly what we hoped it would be. It's the perfect way to unwind after a long day! We enjoy having the benefit of the light therapy as well. For the price we paid for this product, we are extremely pleased. Things to know before purchase in our opinion: While it's a 3 person sauna, we think 2 people fit comfortably and 3 would be a crowd. When it comes to heating, have a little patience. It usually takes about 25 minutes to come up to the 130 degree mark.

Love my new sauna

Our Maxxus sauna has been awesome!! Easy to put together, 40 minutes with 2 people. Takes about 40 minutes to reach 125 degrees. At 125 degrees I enter and set timer for 40 minutes. Last 8 minutes it stays around 140 degrees

no regrets about this baby, love it. we use it just about nightly. Be prepared because it arrived from CA to TN in just over a week. The other reviews are right, takes about an hr to assemble. Cost me $350 to have a plug put in for it. Make sure where ever you assemble the first time, is where you want it, because it is HEAVY. We have the3 person and I'm laying down in it now (feet on the wall) I'm 5'3. highly recommend.

Great Sauna

Had this for over 3 years now and still looks and smells awesome. Tight seamless fit. Heats up to 150 in 15-20 minutes and maintains that temp. Though I had a couple of issues along the way, the controller stopped working early on and then had a seat surface splinter. Both times customer service was great and replaced them free and quickly.

High Quality Craftsmanship

The sauna came well packaged. Despite the good packaging - the unit was still damaged by the forklift operator (which was not the fault of the shipper). The company was very quick to communicate and easy to work with to resolve the damaged shipment. I would certainly do business again with them. The Sauna was well constructed and fit together very nicely. There were no warped or bowed parts. The front walls are built very solid. I like the unit and it works well. I got the three-seater to be able to have room to stretch out. It works really well for one person. Three people can easily fit - but you have to sit upright and it would be tight. It would be really nice if it had a wireless (wifi) remote to start the unit to preheat. Preheat takes about 15 minutes. Definitely a well-made product and a reputable company to order from.

Easy to assemble. With little assistance from my 14 year old son, I was able to get all the prices into my basement and assembled with ease! Loving the temperature range and light therapy options. So happy I took the plunge and treated myself to such a purchase.

The sauna is great, but Ive only had it up for a month and one of the speakers already blew, im in the process of trying to get a hold of someone to see what we can do about this. Had i written this review a week ago I would have said this is the best purchase I have made for myself.

Great Home Sauna

Had installed for 3 weeks and loving it. 2 ppl to put together was a breeze. About 20 min to go from 67 to 115 degrees. Sit in it 3 to 4 times/wk already. 130 is a great temp for me to get a good sweat. Waited 15 yrs to finally get one and am very happy!

I love this sauna and the bluetooth speakers! I use it every morning. When I wake up and turn it on, my phone connects automatically to BT Audio and I listen to music while I'm in the sauna. It is so awesome! You will need special outlet and wiring for this 3-person sauna. It requires a 20 amp breaker too. It took three adults to assemble the sauna in my home. It was really easy to hold up the walls and snap it together with three people. The temperature can be set to 150 degrees but it only heats up to 136. I thought this was a defect so I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that this is the expected outcome.
