It's an average quality rug, but just OK. I ordered the ivory/greige color, but I was so disappointed that it looked absolutely nothing like the online photos. Instead of the light color shown, the actual rug is a gray with ivory stripes. It does not match my decor and was too expensive to return. So, I am stuck with a rug that I can't use and out over $268. Wayfair offered me a small discount for the trouble, but it didn't help much tbh. If you are OK with the much darker colors (and striking contrast) than shown in the online pics, this is an OK rug for the price. But, beware of the color differences before purchasing, due to the high return costs.

Rug itself was great. Custom service, time it took to get the rug with false delivery times by over an extra week, Horrible. But i won’t take stars off the rug because the rug didn’t do anything wrong.

Love it! I got it for my bedroom but later realized I couldn’t put it underneath the bed lol. But it’s in the living room which worked out even better.
This beautifal crafted rug has a soft flowing pattern. Very calming!
It's a super soft, plush rug but it is GREY. Not cream as appears in the photo or "greige". So if you want a lovely grey rug, it's a good choice. The returns were too daunting so I'm living with it.
Such a beautiful rug, I get so many compliments on it. It does lean more towards the grey side but still beautiful. I highly recommend!
